Please be careful when choosing your size. Some people like their bands tight, but others prefer it looser.
X-Small(15cm + 1.5cm logo) - If your wrist is under 15cm then X-Small will fits you.
Small (16cm+ 1.5cm logo) - If your wrist is over 15cm and under 16cm then go with a small size.
Medium (17.5cm+ 1.5cm logo) - If your wrist is over 16cm and under 17.5cm then this is perfect size for you.
Large (19cm+ 1.5cm logo) –In case your wrist is over 17.5cm and under 19cm then large is the best for you.
Most of the wristbands are 1,5cmsin width.
Kids are 25mm wide and 145mm + 15mm logo in length

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
We do everything we can to get orders processed and shipped out in usually 1-2 business days.
We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail. Orders being shipped within the United Kingdom are typically delivered within 2-4 days.
For international orders, shipping times vary based upon location but can take up to 3-6 weeks at the very latest.
Business days are considered Monday through Friday.
CAN I WASH MY WRISTBAND?
Yes, you can. A cooler wash of around 30 degrees Celsius (90 degrees Fahrenheit) is recommended and then let it air dry. Do not use hot water .
I SENT AN E-MAIL, HOW SOON WILL YOU RESPOND?
This all depends on how busy we are. We prioritize emails from customers with questions that aren't answered in the FAQ, so if you haven't received a response, hopefully you'll be able to find an answer somewhere here.
We respond to emails Monday-Sunday 9am – 7pm UK time. It typically takes 1 working day for us to respond depending on our workload.
MY PACKAGE SHOW AS DELIVERED BUT I DO NOT HAVE IT
Check with people from your household or your neighbors. If this happens to you and it's not with your neighbors or anyone with access to your mail, please contact your local post office. They have tracking for exactly where the package was scanned as delivered, so it will make it much easier to track down.
Please keep in mind that once we pass a package on to the postal service, we no longer have any control over what happens to it, so for all delivery issues, you'll need to contact your local post office to get more info before we'll be able to do anything to help.
MISSING ITEM OR INCORRECT ITEM
If you placed an order and you're missing some of the contents or you received a different product then what you ordered, contact us using the e-mail: email@example.com. Please send us all details : order number, a photo of what you received, and information on what you are missing/what you received instead of something you ordered.
I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, QUANTITY, OR PRODUCT
We are very sorry to hear that you have an issue with your order. If you reach out to us quickly enough via Facebook or Instagram page we should hopefully be able to help in time. We are not able to guarantee that we can make adjustments to an order before it ships but we will try our best

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
If your address is incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible by sending message on Facebook or our Instagram page. We are not always able to update an address due to how quickly we try to ship orders out but we will do our very best to assist you.
WHAT IF I FORGET TO REACH OUT ABOUT MY ORDER NOT BEING DELIVERED?
In this case, when an order is marked as delivered for over 30 days and no emails are sent prior about it not showing up, we sadly cannot offer to reship the order. We believe that 30 days is ample time to reach out if you have run into any issues of it not being delivered.
RELEASES OF THE NEW PRODUCT
We'll post on social media the day when the new product will be released, but please do not email us asking when a new product will be releasing as we are always updating and changing the schedule.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
If your order was delivered damaged or defective, please let us know, we'd love to help!
We personally have a few wristbands that we've worn nonstop that have started to warp and no longer fit the way they're supposed to. Unfortunately when this happens, it would just be normal wear and tear as the elastic fibers have simply broken down over time and no longer have the same elasticity as they used to.
If your wristband hasn't been worn much and is new, this part is for you.
We typically find that new wristbands will warp for a couple of different reasons.
- The wristband was wet and stretches out or dries while moving around too much causing the elastic to dry in an odd way which in turn causes certain areas to lose elasticity while other areas do not causing the warped shape.
- Certain chemicals coming into contact with the elastic such as bug spray or sun spray can cause the elastic to warp.
- From time to time this will happen for no apparent reason due to defective elastic
LND BANDS reserves the right to determine between defective product and normal wear-and-tear. We do not replace products that have been replaced from a previous defective claim or from normal wear-and-tear (Normal wear and tear is decided on a case by case basis)
